Achieving permanent weight loss without exercise requires a great deal of personal growth and a change in your fundamental way of thinking. A no-exercise weight loss plan demands that you cast off the role of the "victim" and begin to make immutable decisions for yourself regarding what foods are and are not acceptable.

Permanent weight loss can be achieved without exercise by following four easy steps:

Step #1 for Achieving Permanent Weight Loss Without Exercise:

  • The first step to achieving permanent weight loss without exercise is to admit that you have a problem with your weight and that you are the cause of your weight problem. You are the only one who puts food in your mouth each day and are therefore completely responsible for your current physical condition.

Step #2 for Achieving Permanent Weight Loss Without Exercise:

  • The second step to achieving permanent weight loss without exercise is to take personal responsibility for both your current weight and what you eat each day, while determining to make some responsible decisions that will help create the future body image you desire.

Step #3 for Achieving Permanent Weight Loss Without Exercise:

  • The third step to achieving permanent weight loss without exercise is to set a total daily calorie intake limit for yourself which you resolve to never exceed. A reasonable goal would be between 1000 - 1500 calories per day, though I rarely eat more than 1000 calories per day.

Step #4 for Achieving Permanent Weight Loss Without Exercise:

  • The fourth and final step to achieving permanent weight loss without exercise is to educate yourself about the calorie content of the foods you choose to eat. Knowing the calorie content of each food you consume allows you to stay within your total daily calorie intake limit and also enables you to choose foods for your diet that provide the maximum volume with the least amount of calories.

Everyone needs to know that someone else believes they are capable of success, even when they do not believe it themselves. You are capable of successful weight loss without exercise. Do not let anyone tell you that you will never be thinner than you are now. Anyone can achieve success in the weight loss arena without exercise if they are only willing to take personal responsibility for their actions each day. This includes you.

I chose the name Save Your Sweat for this website in order to accurately express the futility of going to a gym or exercising every day in order to lose weight. Permanent weight loss is possible with a no-exercise weight loss program. Making responsible dietary choices each day totally negates the need for exercise in order to achieve permanent weight loss.

  • Articles relating to Personal Development.
    • All personal development posts on my blog will be related to the topics of permanent weight loss without exercise and faith.
    • Personal development and personal responsibility are diverse areas that include many different possible topics. Though it would be foolish of me to claim to be the only authority on either topic, weight loss and faith are two of my strongest areas of expertise. Therefore, most if not all of the personal development posts on my blog will center on these two areas.

  • Advice about permanent weight loss without exercise.
    • My friends and family sometimes like to poke fun at me by telling me that I am not a dietitian or a doctor. While that may be true, I am a former competitive bodybuilder and I know a thing or two about weight loss.
    • You can expect to find my personal advice here along with product reviews and consumer reports about food items that pique my interest. I also intend to post regularly about the diet I now follow in order to maintain my current weight of 155 lbs.
    • This is intended to give others a guide to follow when they decide to take action. It will serve to extend the information I provided in my ebook "Save Your Sweat", where I lost 40 lbs in only 12 weeks with absolutely no exercise.
